Shakti has a general meaning of dynamic energy that is responsible for creation, maintenance, and destruction of the universe. We are shakti. We must create our own balance. Day to day, we give so much of ourselves to others, be it work, school, or family. Over time, that leads to poor habits that lead to stress, anxiety, depression, and more. Physical and mental wellness go hand in hand, when one is off, you aren't your best self. This program addresses anxiety using grounding techniques, mantras to aid in changing your focus with depression, aromatherapy with essential oils, candles, and incense, and provide weekly self care coaching to help you bring your energies together and build healthy habits to take back control.
